Screening Personnel
Freeman’s selection of security personnel is preceded by a careful analysis and investigation. Each officer must undergo a background check through local agencies and be emotionally mature people who can, in addition to their other skills and training, relate to other people under many conditions, including those of stress. Our screening program sets high standards for the security officer, but nothing less will satisfy the professionalism of a Freeman Guard.
Human and Public Relations
Security officers are essentially in the “people” business. In their daily routine, our officers are frequently the first people to interact with employees, vendors and visitors. By choosing Freeman’s officers, you are creating a favorable impression for your organization.
Qualified Instruction
Understanding the critical role a security officer plays in society is the first step in building job knowledge, esteem and confidence. Freeman’s extensive training program provides each officer with comprehensive
pre-assignment instructions.
Development and training of security personnel is a continuing concern at Freeman. It is clear that adequate training can and must be an important aspect of security planning in protecting lives and property.
Freeman’s supervisory officers are fully trained in all security matters pertaining to your location and are responsible for the conduct of the security officers under their control. Furthermore they are kept informed of your requirements, through frequent meetings and memorandums.
Proficiency in security is largely a product of the combination of experience and a thorough training program designed to improve the officer’s skills and knowledge and to keep him or her current with the field.
